Trendy Home has undertaken a comprehensive study and development of the "Green Home" project as a guideline for reducing environmental impact throughout the entire product life cycle (PLC) of home construction. This process encompasses planning, design, and construction stages, aiming to minimize ecological effects while benefiting businesses and communities. The initiative serves as a pathway toward sustainable residential construction, setting a new standard for environmentally friendly home building in Thailand.
Study Product Life Cycle Collected CO2 emission data for the Modish 211 prototype over a 6 months period, analyzing its environmental impact throughout the product life cycle.
MODISH 211 home model demonstrates a remarkably low impact on public health, with a Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALYs) value of just 0.0672 throughout its lifespan.
